Feedback forms can be installed as a feedback tab as well as an embedded form. Features include form customization, category modification, user email acknowledgement/reply notifications, screenshot attachment functionality and integration with online help desk support software, Zendesk.
Surveys appear as pop-ups and have a number of features including customized themes, customer targeting filters, survey reports, email notifications and an analytics dashboard.

Webengage has been by far the easiest and quickest feedback and survey tool.
We’ve used the free feedback tool since they were in beta and have seen it evolve bit by bit into a robust product. The feedback tool gives specific data like page url from which feedback has been sent, screenshots of the webpage, visitor data etc which make the insights very powerful for the business owner.
